With a truly gigantic giant and a beanstalk that really grew, Year 3 and 4’s production of “Jack and the Beanstalk” was a triumph! The performance featured a long list of very catchy songs that the performers did so well to memorise and sing beautifully. The singing was complemented by the many students playing a range of instruments which added a lovely layer to the performance, especially when the beanstalk grew! Between each song there was some brilliant acting. All who took on a solo role were very confident on stage.  

Not only did the performers shine on stage, but they also worked behind the scenes to produce wonderful set design, including painted backdrops and a magic beanstalk that grew before your eyes. The costumes were equally fantastic, including a wide range of brilliantly done farm animals.  

The production of Jack and the Beanstalk was brilliant, and the students should be so proud of themselves. Well done, everyone! A huge thank you to all the amazing staff who brought this production to life, creating sets, costumes, managing rehearsals and supporting the fantastic music. Finally, thank you to all who came to watch and support our brilliant cast.
