Christmas has definitely arrived in the Pre-prep and Pre-School. 

All the classes have learned about Advent through Assemblies and RE and are enjoying opening their class Advent calendars every day.  Pre-School used a Nativity set to help them understand the story of the birth of Baby Jesus.  Reception have also been exploring the Jewish Festival of Hanukkah where they have played with a dreidel and made yummy potato latkes.  The highlight of the week was the KS1 Nativity ‘Everyone Loves a baby’.  The Year 1 and Year 2 children sang, spoke and acted brilliantly during the recordings of their performances.  We are looking forward to the EYFS Nativity next week!
