Pre-Prep have been very creative this week.
Pre-School and Reception have been enjoying harvest and autumn and made their own delicious pumpkin soup after reading the book by Helen Cooper. Reception went on to make their own paper pumpkins to put in their pumpkin patch. Pre-School also made hedgehogs using play dough and pasta after reading Rosie Wellesley’s book ‘A Very Helpful Hedgehog’.
As they have been sharing the story ‘Room on the Broom’ this half term, Year 1 have designed and made magical broomsticks, magic wands and hats.
Year 2 created Fire Safety posters and then took their learning outside onto the playground to ‘Stop, Drop and Roll’!
We wish all our families and friends a happy and enjoyable half term break!
